East Riding Rangers FC
One of many of East Riding Rangers FCs teams

East Riding Rangers F.C. was formed in the spring of 2000 starting with just 10 boys, this quickly grew throughout the summer and by the season started in September we had enough players to enter 2 teams in the Hull Boys Sunday football league. Some of the boys were entered into the u10 age group and the younger boys in the u9 league.
From when we first started out the parents that formed the club still have boys playing for one of our men’s teams and one is also involved with coaching our academy squad.
Our club has a small committee of 8 people:-
Chairman David Jackson
Secretary Alicia Mail
Treasury David Mail
And then five other people who have no specific roles but actively do any other work that is needed.
Chris Hal
Daz Gray
Steve Rogers
Mike Fee
David Sherwood
The club has been based at KGV Cottingham Pavilion since we first started and we have used the facility to train and to play matches at, many of our young players come from the local schools and are residents of the village.
This season we have 10 junior teams and an academy of boys and girls 5- 8 age group. We will be starting our second season in men’s football, 1 team playing in the Humber Premier league structure and 1 playing in East Riding County League.
We pride ourselves on having a excellent coaching setup, we currently have 18 parents who have attained there FA 1st4sport level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football and 4 parents have attained there FA 1st4sport level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football.
We also have Ex Hull City keeper Steve Wilson as our goalkeeper coach.
